A fitness programme catered for seniors aged 50 and above who are frail and have a high fall risk. It is specialized towards gradually increasing their ability to be mobile. Step by step, we aim to strengthen their muscles and improve their balance.
Programmes and Facilities
It is a specialized and supervised exercise programme where the seniors have to work on different equipment to strengthen their limbs. The seniors are closely monitored for their progress and those who have shown improvement in their mobility will be promoted to join the group exercise.
Tuesday: 9:00am to 10:00am
(Programmes must be joined from the start date)
We are looking volunteers who have a love for seniors, ensuring the safety of seniors when they exercise. As well as van drivers to fetch the seniors to and fro their homes.
