Specially tailored, good quality and affordable fitness programmes for seniors offered by professional physiotherapists, occupational therapists and fitness instructors.
Programmes and Facilities
The workout is a 10-week fitness programme for seniors aged 50 and above. The seniors learn different types of exercises to strengthen their muscles and improve their balance so as to help them in the prevention of falling.
A different group of exercises are conducted for seniors who are either high or low in their mobility and those who are fit. Participants are group into their respective class base on the pre-assessment before the commencement of the class. After 8 weeks of exercise lessons, participants have to go through the post-assessment to gauge their progress.

We are looking for volunteers to ensure the safety of the seniors when they exercise, to aid in monitoring their vitals before and after their exercises.
